I'm trying to shop and the site is super slow to load / navigate. Is this normal?

yes...it kicked me off a few times then i eventually placed the order by phone -- the desk came late and damaged -- i won't use or recommend them. :/

I used Wayfair for a lot of stuff when we moved in last month. I ordered my bedroom set from Ashley there, a mirror for the living room and a sofa.

Everything came damaged except for the sofa and the wide dresser for the bedroom. The two nightstands, tall dresser and mirror were all damaged. To their credit they refunded me my money.

While everything arrived. It took multiple canceled visits on their part and both the manufacturer and my constant phone calls to actually get the item I ordered. The item was in excellent condition and I was able to get it for about half the retail cost because of the numerous delays, but it does give me pause from ordering from them. I am happy with what I ordered and received. It was packaged incredibly well, inside of a wooden crate. I gave the delivery men $20 to have them remove it from the wooden crate. The original delivery company failed to show up to pick it up from the manufacturer six times so it took an extra two months for it to show up even though it was "in stock."

i just ordered 2 pieces from there. one already here in 2 boxes we have yet to get to, but no issues so far and i even had to change the shipping address.
