What day is first day of AF
What day do you count as your first day? If you spot the day before AF really comes, do you count the spotting as day 1 or the day the day following?

YUP..first full day. I tend to spot anywhere from 3 sometimes 4 days before AF finally arrives.
annoying as hell...

Me too... Sometimes up to a week!!!

when there is no more flow and I dont need any sort of panty liner.
I tend to have spotting at the end too.
