You can get shots of it in health food stores. Not sure what other forms it comes in.

Fresh is best, you take it like a shot.
I've had it at Wild by Nature, and Jamba Juice. I've also bought the frozen shots at Wild by Nature...

I think you are supposed to take it everyday...I did a few times when I was cycling.
Get it fresh whenever possible, but buy the frozen shots (in the freezer section) for when you can't make it over there.
They also sell a powder to mix with water, but it is GROSS!!!

I know it's a LOT easier said than done...but, try not to stress too much over this...stress can affect your levels too.
Let me know if you find the wheatgrass and tell me what it tastes like...
