They restock there. One of my friends in the building knows the guy who runs the sales there.
I've never gone to TB since it's not my style, but I've gone to the other sales there and they are always restocking things.
There are a shitload of sales going on in the area but no DVF

interesting! i went to the outlets on Saturday and kept picking up bags at kate spade and tb.... all diaper bags.
