potty training twins...
I started, seeing the signs that they were ready and running with it. I'm trying the 3 day method. For one DD it just clicked. For the other? It's as if the potty were made of hot poison lava Has anyone encountered this? Should I just come back to it at another time with her, or should I use her sister's success to encourage her?

Re: potty training twins...
I think you need to revel in the fact that you successfully got one trained and wait till the other is ready. Of course leveraging one kids' success might encourage the other, but I think you need to just wait till the other one is ready. My DS trained about 4 months after my DD and it took him longer to get it. He flirted with the idea of potty training for a while, and would try it now and then, but there was no way we could force the issue until he was ready.
I think it will probably be great "inspiration" if you are super positive and the other twin gets to see the "perks" of using the potty.
Good luck! I really fretted about potty training twins, but in the end it gets done!

I would just leave it be. My daughter was trained about 6 months before my son was. However my daughter took a little while for it to fully catch on where as when my son was ready it just clicked for him and he got it right away. Chances are seeing her sister doing it and getting praise for it will encourage her to wnt to do it sooner.

So I left her alone. 10 days later, she just decided she was going to do it! They've been accident free 2 weeks tomorrow! God Bless America
