best nursing bra for pumps.. that i can wear to work and get some support??
I pumped for 10 months - I wore a regular bravado nursing bra to work and then put a hands free bra on when I pumped - the simple wishes one.

Yes! The pumping bras have slits in them for the flanges and I think would look silly as a bra under your regular clothes. Plus the simple wishes one is more or less strapless and gives you no shape/support, but is awesome at holding the flanges in place.

I used the simple wished bra to pump but it has no support. You would need to change bras when you pump.

i never changed it completely. I just opened the flaps on my bra and pulled them down and then put the pumping bra over it.
