What teeth whitening systems have you had success with? At home or in your dentist's office?

Re: Teeth whitening
A box of Crest White strips always did it for me. But my teeth are pretty light to begin with. I use it every few years to brighten them up

Kor Whitening.
HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
I went to my dentist, Dr. Allan Mohr of Massapequa. He is wonderful.
The whole process was so easy and the results were fantastic and it is permanent -- meaning, it whitens your teeth and they stay that way as long as you do ONE quick touch up once a year.

Crest white strips work amazing. I use them once a year. No reason to pay a lot for whitening.

Same here.
ETS: I don't smoke or drink coffee. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Re: Teeth whitening
I used Phillips Zoom and do a 15 minute touch-up every few months.
Otherwise I also like the Crest strips.
(I have one of my front teeth capped, so I'm limited in what and how much I can whiten my teeth without having to replace the cap.)

Teeth whitening
On QVC todays special value is a Go Smile kit. I am so tempted! I asked if anyone used it on FHF but should have put it here...crest white stips killed my teeth, I was in pain for days so I am so scared to get it professionally done..

I do charcoal whitening at home - obviously, it's not professional, but it definitely works.

What is this? And does it make your teeth feel super sensitive afteR? I've had horrible luck w/most of the popular whitening regimes b/c my teeth hurt like a ***** afterwards.

One of my girlfriend's did Zoom and said it was so painful afterwards that she needed to take motrin for days. If Crest Whitestrips hurts you, the zoom will hurt too.
I have not tried this but my one friend swears by Jennifer Jablow's intelliwhite. She said it doesn't hurt

Ditto this except I got the Zoom kit to do at home so I can gauge that they don't get too white from an in office treatment and don't match the cap. I got a groupon and it was cheap!

Nope, no sensitivity! Basically you make a paste out of activated charcoal and water, brush with the paste, then let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Your mouth will be pitch black but it all washes off I promise!

Interesting. I think I've seen pics on Pinterest. Where do you buy the charcoal... is there a specific brand, etc?

Crest strips in the past. I just recently used a strawberry mashed up with baking soda and applied for 3 minutes. IT WORKS!

Yep. You mash it and combine with baking soda. Leave on for 5 minutes and then just brush your teeth with toothpaste. I havent tried but my friend did. She said it works too.
