Ulta and Zoya
Do all Ultas sell Zoya nail polish and does anyone know the price and if coupons can be applied? Thanks!

They do. They don't have a HUGE selection but they have it.
And yes, you can use coupons on it as well as Essie and OPI.
At least the last time I bought it you could

They only bother you in the prestige cosmetics area!
