Tony from Sundance Home Inspection!
He's the best we used him for two ... One house was a complete mess and he didn't sugar coat anything we cut it short mutually bc it was so bad.... one we bought he was very thorough

Tony was not all many rave about for me, missing something big. I would not recommend. FM for more info.

We used Tauscher Cronacher. They are engineers, not just inspectors, so I felt like we were getting a more thorough inspection. They also do the termite inspection. I can't remember what we paid exactly, but it was just a little bit more than the other companies I called, and again, I wanted the engineer, so I felt they were worth the extra money.

this. They came recommended by our lawyer and we were very happy with how thorough they were.

We used Kenneth Lam, he was great and checked everything very throughly and also checked for termites.We would highly recommend him. I can give you his contact, just FM if your interested.
