never been to Hershey Park. Want to stay 2 nights. Which hotel do you recommend? Nothing too too expensive. Thanks.

Re: Hershey park hotels
We are staying at Hotel Hershey. It is pricey at around $550 per night. Hershey Lodge is a little cheaper and I know it has a good reputation as well.

There are a bunch of hotels on Chocolate Ave. We stayed at a Hampton Inn that served breakfast. We also stayed at a Residence Inn that was closer to Harrisburg that served not only a nice breakfast but dinner/snacks at night.

We have stayed at a few places outside of Hershey that were much more reasonable! I believe it was the Comfort Inn & Suites in Hummelstown...and the Sleep inn in Harrisburg. Both about 10 minutes to the park!

Residence Inn Harrisburg/Hershey is good. Free breakfast, free snacks during the week at night, indoor/outdoor pool, full kitchens. It's about a 10 minute drive. Hotels on Chocolate Avenue will be more expensive. We have also stayed at the Holiday Inn Harrsiburg East, but it's now called the Red Lion. I believe it's on Groupon, so you can look into that. We have stayed at the Town Place Suites, smallish, but decent and modern. Our favorite is renting points from someone who owns at the Suites at Hershey. Condo like, 2 bedroom/2 bath.

Re: Hershey park hotels
We are at the sheraton harrisburg/hershey right now. It is really nice. The rooms are clean/updated. There is an indoor/outdoor pool with an outdoor bar/grill.
-Restaurant attached -Pub attached -Mini store with decent snack prices -Gym -Shopping center in walking distance including friendlys, chilis, tropical smoothie, game stop, target (with starbucks), pizza, frozen yogurt, jc penny, christmas tree shop. About 10-15 min from hershey.
