Breastfeeding and exercise
I'm 8 weeks postpartum and am dying to start exercising. I'd like to do T25 since I already have the DVDs. I'm nervous about my supply dropping. Is this too high intensity for BFing moms?

Re: Breastfeeding and exercise
If you do it only a few times a week you should be fine. It's only 25 minutes, nothing crazy so it shouldn't effect your supply as long as you stay hydrated and take in enough calories.
I think high intensity exercise daily is what effects supply, as well as not making up for the water/ calorie deficit.

Breastfeeding and exercise
I started exercising at 6 weeks post partum 5-6 days a week. I would do cardio for 30-60 minutes. I'm now 15 months post partum and my DS is still nursing several times a day. Working out had no effect on my supply.

Breastfeeding and exercise
Working out never had any affect on my supply. If anything it increased a little. I run 4 days a week and am training for a half! No chances in supply at all. I'm ebf and almost 7 months pp.
Good luck!
