I got the best news today from HR!
I inquired to my HR dept about how I would handle all these days with tests, procedures etc since I have no personal time and few vacay days left for the year.
they told me we have unlimited sick time. UHHH..WHAT?? YES..all I have to do is have RMA write a note or show proof of any procedures and send it to HR and they will code it as a sick day.
I've been with my job for a 1 1/2 yrs...i honestly had no idea this was the case.
I almost did backflips at work b/c it is such a relief knowing that I wont have to lose pay, compromise my job, etc.

I never knew this. I havent called out sick in the year and half i've been here. and the few times I've called out if DS was sick, I've worked from home so it never counted really.
