this is what makes me laugh about 'celebrities' - if you passed this girl on the street you'd say she's a hot mess .......but because some decided she's 'somebody'..this look is not only acceptable, but coveted ........?? !!
and the hair ....really? She looks like Frenchie's beauty school dropout scene

This is actually a wig and she was at Osheaga Festival in Montreal. Guess that explains the outfit. Probably should've mentioned that earlier.
