Awesome Chickpea salad
I just started making chickpea salad and it is so good, i just wanted to share. I don't measure, just eyeball everything depending on your taste. It gets better after it sits for a while.
1 can chickpeas
crumbled feta
red onion (I use lots)
garlic & onion powder
salt/pepper
dash of sugar
EVOO
Balsamic Vinegar ( I use Fairway brand, I LOVE it)
I eat it as a snack, a side dish, or for lunch, I put it on a toasted pita and add yogurt sauce.
