what is the problem?
Can you please help me to understand something?
I have about 40 extra pounds on me that I just cannot lose no matter what I do or how hard I try. It seems that everyday I wake up I have a different motivation (or lack thereof) and can't seem to go longer than a week.
WHY IS THIS AND WHY CAN'T I STAY ON TRACK AND JUST LOSE THIS WEIGHT ALREADY? I've been trying for well over a year now and have failed every single attempt?
Even though not one of my doctors have said to me "ya know if you lose only 20 lbs this would probabaly be a whole heck of a lot easier!" I know it's true.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

Sorry - I can't remember your diagnosis or what treatments you are on but certainly sounds like could be metabolic. Ask for some more tests!
