Disney in February
How are the crowd level during Winter break? We're going to FL to visit my sister and would like to go to Disney and Universal Studios.

Historically, presidents week is one of the busiest weeks of the year at Disney. However, if you make good use of the fast passes and know going into it that its going to be crowded you will be ok.

Most kids don't have off that entire week, so it's really not too busy IMO. Actual President's Weekend (i.e. Friday to Monday) is busy though. We have been several times over February break.
