PVC fence- two tone or white?
Going to attach two pics on here- I really like the two tone look in gray and white, but dh thinks that we might not flow well with the rest of the block because they all have plain white pvc fencing. We have gray paving stones in the back and I thought the two tone might look nice with it.

If you think it'll match your house, I like the look of the 2 tone. I wouldn't care what everyone else has. (Plus depending on how old their fences are, all white was more common years ago)
I'm in NC, so PVC isn't as common & my neighbors have wood or black iron. So with our bright white PVC, clearly I don't mind not conforming to everyone else

our house is brick on the bottom and white siding on top with dark gray shutters. The gate is going to go at the very end of our driveway, though, so i feel like it would be easier to match

my parents have all white and ,y inlaws did the 2 tone. The 2 tone looks so much nicer. I really like it. Just adds a little something extra

one guy just came for an estimate and said he personally thought it wouldn't look good because we are attaching to our neighbor's white fence
I attached a pic of where the double gate would go at the end of our driveway. You can see the neighbor's fence Image Attachment(s):

I went with two tone with gray bottom and everything else white. Its so much nicer than just plain white. There is enough white in your fence to tie into the neighbors plus it breaks it up.

You're attaching the fence to your neighbors or yours will be next to it? I wouldn't worry about what your neighbor has, since that's their fence.

i put another pic up about halfway down this post- you can see the neighbor's fence on one corner of our driveway. We are putting a double gate at the end of our driveway, but attaching it to their white pvc on one end

Attaching it to continue in the same direction as the neighbor's fence, or coming off of it (perpendicular to it) across the driveway?

since it's perpendicular to the neighbor's fence, I would definitely stick to my first opinion of the rwo tone. I love that look and which we had gone with it (although I hadn't really seen it much when we got our fence a few years ago)

So the fence company owner explained to me that the two tone is not a good idea and he doesn't recommend it because every year the companies change their designs and colors, and if a panel needs replacing, it may not match the others exactly. He also said the two tone tends to fade

I wouldn't worry what the neighbors have. Do what you like the best. I always loved the two tone but ended up going with just white because I eventually plan on redoing the outside of my house and didn't want to have to match it according to the color of my fence.

That would be a concern for me, never thought of that.
Would one of your fences be your neighbors existing? I'm not sure I'd like some walls one, and another a different KWIM?

yea i think we are going to go with exactly what the neighbor has- it's a common style, and will be easy to replace the panels if needed
