So confused...

So my husband and I have been ttc for 21 months now. Every month with the exception of 2 months I ovulated on cd18, and then got my period 14 days later. Then I finally made the decision to start going forward and trying iui. The first month I figured I'd try a natural cycle but I never ovulated so I was given provera to get my period. Now this cycle we decided to do clomid so I took 50mg once a day for 5 days then after 2 weeks absolutely nothing is happening so now they put me back on clomid 100mg a day for 5 days and next week we'll c what's happening.

Has this ever happened to anybody else? Some ppl say it's cause I'm stressing about it but ironically these past two months is when I've been the least stressed because someone else is monitoring it and telling me what to do. I just don't get what's happening with my body. Feeling like maybe we should y have forced a period and just let my body do its thing cause now I feel like I won't ovulate or something.

Hey. Sorry you are dealing with this. I have never experienced what you are talking about but have done IUIs and IVF. It seems like this is a very long cycle for you. Whenever I did clomid I did it for the 5 days and that was it. Hopefully they are doing BW and figuring out what is going on. Hang in there.
