I went onto ESS and did the name change there and I believe I had to mail them a copy of my marriage certificate to prove it. Then I am 99% sure ESS automatically started to change the other things and your admin in the main office will get notified for payroll purposes and she will probably check with you to make sure it changed.

The hard part was my email. My email just stopped working one day because they switched to my new one, but i didn't know the password and waited for like 2 hours for them to help me log on/let me know what my new email was.

I would wait a few months to start this process, because all the new hires are going to be flooding HR connect and you'll never get through. Wait until around October because it will be easier to get in contact with them :)
