sigh. so im in the process right now at 11:15 pm of baking a sweet potato pie for my co worker's bday. She is from the South, it's my mom's recipe, and I haven't made it in forever.

Idiot that I am, I used condensed milk instead of evaporated milk. I even had my mother clarify it for me, and i wrote it down, and STILL bought the wrong thing. I made the pie already, it's in the oven.

Ive read online that it will just be super sweet. Do i bother bringing it in?
