Separate Apartment on Property
I have a second building that is on my property and is on the original survey. I was wondering if it is possible to convert it into a legal apartment and if so, what steps I would need to do so. It is built to code already, but it is listed on the survey only as a building, NOT an apartment. I live in the town of Brookhaven and have 1.5 acres if this info helps to answer my questions
