When are their best sales? I would like to purchase 8 dining room chairs from them. Their coupons are usually off regular priced merchandise and the chairs are already on sale. BUT, I woud like more off! :)

Sometimes they have 15% off, but usually their sales aren't great. If you go to the store, though, sometimes they'll give you an add'l 10% off if you purchase the floor model... this just happened to me recently.

and open the credit card for additional % off, pay it off before the interest hits.

I would try to find what you like elsewhere. I love Pier 1. LOVE. I had a Pier 1 problem at one point  . But I find they are very overpriced when it comes to furniture.
I would also speak to a manager and see if they have any hint towards when they may be on sale or marked down more. They have very good guest service.

No  no outlet store. They are so overpriced I just bought new curtains from there because I liked them. Annoyed I spent $200 on them with a coupon. Found them on overstock for 1/2 the cost. They are going back today

I always love their pillows but they're so ridiculously priced
