HALO Sleepsacks?
With the temperatures dropping, I'm thinking of purchasing one for DD who is almost 6 months. Although she can fully roll over from front to back and back to front and has great head control, I'm still uncomfortable using a blanket in the crib. Anyone use these and have a positive experience? I'm not looking at the ones that have the velcro "wings" -- just the sack one with the arm holes and zipper. Thinking of getting one of the micro fleece ones. For those that use the fleece one, do you still put your child in long sleeve/pants/footie pajamas? Don't want her to get too hot. Thanks! Oh, also -- do you find they run true to size? Thinking of ordering it a size up so she can grow into in over the next few months.

HALO Sleepsacks?
Love them. Dd1 wipe them until she was two and moved out of the crib. I'd say they run true to size. I usually do fleece ones with either cotton or Terry sleepers or a cotton one over fleece sleepers.

HALO Sleepsacks?
Love them. It keeps them warm and you don't have to worry about a blanket covering their face. I use the cotton and fleece ones. I use them over a footie pajama

Re: HALO Sleepsacks?
We used these exclusively...they are awesome! DS still wore a onesie and sleeper but we didn't have him room warm. We used both cotton and fleece sleepsacks in all sizes through XL.

Re: HALO Sleepsacks?
We just bought 2 for DD who is 14 months old...we got the ones with the foot openings because I'm scared of her getting up in the morning and slipping on it and hitting her head on the crib. Going to dress her like we would for bed time - pants, long sleeve shirt and socks for her. It's how you would go to bed using a blanket.

Re: HALO Sleepsacks?
I used these all the time once DD broke out of her swaddles. I used the cotton ones during the summer/fall and fleece ones in winter with a long sleeved footie pj.

Re: HALO Sleepsacks?
Definitely recommend them! My DD wore them until about 2 months ago when we potty trained her. She will be 2 1/2 next month. I wish she could wear them forever! We got all kinds in all sizes. I loved the aden and anais ones for summer.

HALO Sleepsacks?
My DS just turned 2 and he still loves his sleep sack. Ive been using the ones with the footholes since he was about 12 months. They come in fleece and cotton and i have a few of each. My DS moves around so much in the crib still...and doesnt keep a blanket on at all. Once we start potty training we will have to stop using them.

Ditto to what she did ... I loved them and used them until they were 2 and out of the crib.

The best ever - It keeps them cozy and they have plenty of room to move around

Another big fan of the halos! Ds was in hers until she was almost 2 1/2! It was great when she was little we called it her magic cape because as soon as we put it on she was ready for bed!
I'd get the large. I never had a problem with bunching. Jmo
