I drink it mainly for help with weight loss. It's hard to say if it is helping because I also watch what I eat and exercise. I also heard it is good for your heart. The best APV is the one with the "mother" in it, which means it has not been filtered and is all natural.
I put 2 teaspoons in a glass of water with a teaspoon of honey to offset the acidity.

I add 2 tbs to water and choke it down as fast as possible lol.nif something is good for you I have a tendency to just quickly get it in me rather than harp on it

Used to drink it everyday. I felt zero benefits. And it tastes sooooooo bad i used to gag everyday. I gave it up LOL

I used it for my psoriasis, didn't notice a difference and it gave me headaches. It can lower blood pressure, so maybe that is why I got headaches, who knows. I even got them when I applied it topically.

I have only ever used it as an antibiotic. Gross, but I bite my cuticles and sometimes get an infection because of it. When that happens, I soak my finger in diluted ACV for 10 minutes a few times a day. Infection goes away usually by next day. Saved me countless trips to the doctor.

Drink it for these lesions (I know gross) that I get on my chest. I've had countess tests by countless doctors and they are persistent for years- only thing that has helped them go away.

i put it on a cotton ball and use it like a toner. I will use it at night (not all nights - because it IS stinky!) or under make up sometimes (and when it's under make up, it isn't as stinky.)
after al these years, I've realized that acne isn't always bacteria. and sometimes what you have isn't even acne - it's more fungal. So i find it helps clear things up. I have very sensitive skin, too.
