Best sweatshirt

I have a bunch of sweatshirts I'll wear at home during the day or even to run a quick errand like drug store or something.

I feel like they look great when you first wear it then after a few washes it's faded, looses its softness and then gets pilly.

Even happens to my more expensive sweatshirts like CK or North face.

Where do you get yours that don't fade too easily? I usually toss the cheaper ones from Target after a while or give away bc they don't look as nice.

How are you washing them? I wash mine inside out on cold. Depending on what kind they are I either hang dry or throw in the dryer. Some of mine are so old and you would never know.

For Nike and Northface I like the Dry Wicking material ones. The cotton ones don't wash as well and those can't go in the dryer. My other favorites are from the Gap, H&M and Target (but has to be Mossimo -- the other brands don't hold up).

DH got me an American Giant hooded sweatshirt last year and I really love it. Washes amazingly too. Maybe a bit pricey (or not I have no idea lol), but so comfy!
