Todays Recipe 7-18-06
It is TOO hot to even think about grilling, or turning the oven on. So, here is a nice Brocolli Salad Recipe! I have company over alot, and everyone raves about this.
4 Broccoli Crowns 1/2 bag of Craisins 1/2 bag chopped almonds 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups of Mayo 1/3 cup cider vinegar 4 tspn of sugar Salt and Pepper to taste 1/2 cup of bacon bits
Chop broccoli crowns, stems too! Do not cook them.
Mix mayo, sour cream, cider vinegar, craisins, bacon bits, almonds, sugar, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Transfer broccoli to bowl, and mix all ingredients. Refridgerate for 2 hours, and serve cold!
It is SO easy, but SO delicious.
Enjoy!
