turkey- coverd /uncovered?
i always roast my turkey with the lid on and uncover it the last 30 min.
should i just buy a roaster with a rack and cook it uncovered?? what does everyone else do?

I have a roaster with a rack and cook uncovered.
My mom uses tented tinfoil to cover but still allow adequate circulation.
Both ways have always worked well.

I use roasting pan w rack and tented foil for most and take off towards the end to help brown skin (which is really just for aesthetics bc we don't eat the skin)
