MICKEY MOUSE CAKE SMASH...PLEASE HELP!!
I am not a big poster but def am always on here. I have my son's first birthday/cake smash this weekend and my etsy order for his outfit for the cake smash will not be delivered on time even though the etsy seller promised and after I paid extra in shipping charges. Does anybody have anything I can borrow or buy for a mickey mouse theme? I had ordered him a red diaper cover and suspenders and also a onesie with suspenders and a tie with the #1 with matching red shorts. I am so upset and it's not possible for me to reschedule the shoot as the photographer is booked throughout Decemeber. I would appreciate any help. Please PM me. Thank you so much in advance :)

I made DS's diaper cover and bowtie for his cake smash using tutorials I found online (because I didn't plan ahead and ran out of time to order anything). It's actually really easy (and cheap) if you have a sewing machine and was done pretty quickly. The diaper cover took me about an hour and 15 mins because I didn't remember how to use my sewing machine lol.
The bowtie didn't need to be sewn at all. The tutorial uses hot glue. The bowtie only took me about 5 mins to make.

The onesie with suspenders is also very easy to make (without any sewing) using a plain onesie from target. Not sure if you wanted to attempt any of this but if you decide to and have any questions, feel free to FM me.

Thank you ladies for the suggestions! I wish I could sew but I am def not a DIY person and I wish I would have had my MIL help me before she left for vacation.

we put DS in a plain white onesie and red shorts.
you can probably find a mickey ears hat or mickey ears to put on him.
i've seen suspenders in target.
