Weird pulsing feeling down below...
So I'm going to try to describe this but I know it's going to come out weird. Every once in awhile I have this weird feeling like a pulsing in my vagina. It's almost like a quick pop which makes me feel like I have to pee and then it goes away. It'll keep happening on and off for a few minutes and then stop for awhile... then start up again. It doesn't hurt, it's just weird and surprises me each time. I don't think it's the baby kicking- I've actually felt that, specifically getting kicked right in my pelvis and this just doesn't feel the same. Plus it's almost rhythmic... I'm 19 weeks. I tried googling, but it's hard to describe. One website said it might just be blood pulsing, but I don't think so. Another said it might be the baby hiccuping... which maybe? I don't know! Anyone else have this feeling before?

My guess was going to be hiccups. I didn't feel this with my last pregnancy (and it's too early for me this time around) but I've heard it's really common!

Ha! It's super weird. And baby must be hiccuping right into my bladder because I get the sensation I need to pee every time. But when I get to the bathroom... nothing! It happens pretty often, too... should I try scaring it?

could be hiccups. Ive never felt it that early. She gets them all the time now. Its like a tap every 5-10 seconds.

Ahhh! I've had this feeling twice! It is definitely in the vag for me and it's pretty uncomfortable but goes away. I've assumed he's just sitting really low and maybe sitting on a nerve.

That's pretty much what it feels like, though I thought it might be a little early, too. I googled and some said as early as 18 weeks though, so maybe? It's really weird though.

Yes! It's REALLY low, which was why I was like uhh what's going on down there? It happens a LOT though- like twice a day for the past few days.

That's what I thought at first. I'm definitely going to be fired for googling things like "lightning crotch" at my work computer. But it doesn't hurt at all. And that sounds more painful than weird like this is. And isn't it a little early for lightning crotch? I thought that was more of something to look forward to in the third trimester?

Mine started around 20 weeks. Wasn't really painful but more like a jolt or something like that.

Could be hiccups. Or just increased blood flow to the area. Either way, it's normal! You're going to feel a lot of very weird things over the next few months down there!
