Agreed! It was a ridiculously crazy week for most companies. Amazon gives me free two day shipping and they didn't deliver one of my items until the 4th day. I just figured that is what happens when you order stuff online this time of the year.

I'm so displeased with the service of Oldnavy!!! I ordered items on Sunday and they still have not been shipped out!!! I have called them and on Tuesday they said it should be shipping today..now it's Friday and the status is still saying "procecssing"...I called them again..and they apologize that these items have not shipped but should be shipping soon! I told them this is the last time I shop online and will not shop there again. I have ordered all my other items from other stores and have received them already! They claim since the holiday is approaching that things maybe be delayed! I told him then someone should alert the customer not keep them waiting and wondering what is going on! On their site it says order by 12/20 to get by 12/23! Ummm...that's a lie cause that's not gonna happen....False Advertising!!!!! All it is is 2 items..how the hell can it take 5 days to ship these out?????
I am curious if you got your shipment yet. I ordered stuff on nov. 28th, early morning, and my order still says processing over a week later....I have never had a problem before and usually get orders rather quickly....
So PO'ed about this!!!!!!!!
I am giving them till Monday..and if these items are still not shipped I will be talking a manager!!! This is crazy!!!!
Has anyone else had a problem like me with Old Navy???

I ordered a few items last Monday as well. Just checked the shipping summary and the package is at my local PO. I should probably receive today. Check your shipping summary on ON.

I didn't pay for the 5-9 Business day shipping. I paid for the 2 day shippping so I can receive me items on time!! I believe that's why I am receiving the gift Card!

Wait, huh? Why is this the first time that you are mentioning that you paid for 2 day shipping? I think the replies would have been different if you stated this originally. Yeah, I would be annoyed as well if I paid extra for expedited shipping and actual ship time was over a week.
Hope you received your items. I got mine today. Didn't pay extra for shipping and ordered on cyber Monday.

Me :(, placed an order Dic 1 and my order is in ¨Pending Shipment¨ with the issue that in their site today two of the items in my order states that they are no longer in the size I ordered....F21 and AGACI for example are shipping fast. Agaci had issues late October but I thing they were getting prepared for th big sales. Not buying again from Old Navy...specially during this time of the year. Shameless that such a recognized company cannot deal with this everyday context
