Sore belly

I posted in pregnancy and I'm also posting here:

I am currently 34 weeks with my second. For the past week and change the right side of my belly has been so sore. Not internally, the skin has been really sore to the touch and my shirts hurt my belly. It feels similar to a really bad sunburn. What the heck is this? I didn't have this with my first and didn't mention it last week at my dr's apt, but it's still going on and pretty painful. Anyone experience this?

Idk if it's the same but when I was pregnant I had something similar on the top of my belly. Like under my boobs lol. It was so sore and even hot. Like felt like sunburn

My doc said it was from the muscles actually tearing a bit from being so stretched
