Would these boots work w a casual skirt/dress?
Or just pants?
Trying to find a black pair of low shaft boots/booties that would work with both pants and skirts.

I'm trying to picture the black faux suede/nubuck option with a pencil skirt or sweater dress and black tights. Yay or nay?

I say yay. I have a pair similar to this and wear them with black tights and dresses/skirts.

Yay.
Those are fine with skirts because they're very plain.
Any shirt boots that have studs/grommets/straps are a no-go because you end up looking like Phyllis Diller.
