I got mine from J. Crew Maternity, Loft Maternity, and Pea in a Pod. None of these are cheap but have nice work pants.

I've been living in the J Crew Maternity Pixie, but it depends how formal your workplace is. Got them NWT on eBay, though, so I would definitely check there once you figure out what you want!

thanks ladies!
i ordered a few pairs from the gap and loft.. hoping i like the fit.
i didn't realize j crew had maternity. i'm going to take a look now
