Estrogen patch
My RE gave me an estrogen patch to wear. anyone know if I am supposed to wear it in the shower? The instructions just say to apply a new patch every other day to clean dry skin.

Yup, you wear it in the shower.
FYI, baby oil is helpful in removing the sticky residue when you change pads, and may wanna keep some calamine lotion handy because they can get itchy!
