Size, number of divided rooms & closets, bathroom/laundry, quality of finishes, need to add egress, will all factor in

OK. Not sure..maybe just one room..sheetrock, electric, floor, size, maybe 20x20? It is for DH to make a mancave. So TV, and all his man junk!

I think our basement is 400 sq feet, not big... we got quotes from 17k-27k or there about. This was for sheetrock, electrical, and moving the washer dryer to another spot in the room. Did not include flooring.

We spent about $20k last year for approximately 18x12 room (we finished only a portion of the basement). New sheetrock, electric, paint, carpet. $12k of the total was to add a half bath though.
