Sephora free samples??
I never order online from Sephora, but I did a few days ago. I was supposed to get a few free samples of perfume with it. Needless to say, the product I ordered came, but no free samples. Is this a common thing with them? I mean I guess I can't really complain since they were a free bonus, but it was disappointing!

No, I always get my samples, although sometimes they have to switch something if they run out.
Did you select your three preferences and add it to your order?
When you received your shipping confimation, they should have appeared on the summary.

Yup, I selected them and they were listed on the receipt. Guess it was a freak mistake, maybe due to the holiday rush. Dang.

Email them! They have great customer service and I bet they'll send them out to you.

I purposely order instead of going to the store for the samples! I would absolutely contact them! I have never not received the samples

You can get loads of samples in the stores too. They'll pour perfume into little vials and put creams, lotions, serums, cleansers etc into little pots. Some of the sales reps are super patient and generous with the samples!

I always get them. It's why I like Sephora. They can substitute other samples if they run out of the ones your requested but that actually only happened to me with a direct order from Lancome's website. They have the same policy. You should call. Tell them you order from them just for samples. For me it's like buying the things I know I want AND being in a monthly sample club.

I got an email response and they said they can't replace the samples I didn't get, so they're giving me some points instead. Oh well!
