Nursery School East Meadow area

Hello,

looking for suggestions on a 3 year old nursery program in the east meadow, merrick, bellmore area.

are they normally full time or part time?

My daughters go to St. John's on Merrick Avenue in Merrick. My oldest is in the pre-k, 4 year old program, but did the 3 year olds last year. It is 3 days a week for 2 1/2 hours. Miss Anne the teacher is the best. She is the sweetest lady. My youngest is in the 2 year old program and starting next year, when she is in the 3year old program, it might be going to 3 days a week for 3 hours. She will have Miss Anne as well.

In East Meadow, check out Big Chief (corner of Newbridge and Jerusalem) and Firehouse (Jerusalem) -- very close to each other -- about .5 miles apart.

Nursery School East Meadow area

My DD goes to South Shore Country Day school on Newbridge Road. She's in the threes with Miss Laura and she goes m-f, 9-1. They also offer 9-4 with free before/aftercare if you work, as well as Lunch and busing. FM me if you want specific info.
There is also United Methodist in Bellmore, Wee Friends Too, and Merrick Woods. I know people who send their kids there and are very happy.
