Anybody try Reiki
My mom's done it a few times to me. The only thing I really got from it was a bit of meditation time - I don't know if it did anything else (even though she pointed out the stress spots and "got rid of them").

Anybody try Reiki
I had it done at a fund raiser I went to a while ago. But it was super short for about ten minutes and I didn't see any difference at all.

I've done it twice and for me, it was pretty cool. It's interesting and healing all in one. I do plan on going again.
