Is anyone good at finding a "look for less"?

So I am in love with this fabric:

schumacher celerie kemble hothouse flowers mineral

Except I have no intentions of paying $140/yard for fabric to make pillows.

Anyone capable of finding a very similar fabric for a much smaller price tag?

Etsy was just as expensive-I checked eBay too. And I've been spending hours on fabric sites Chat Icon

Not exactly the same color schemes, but the style of flowers are similar. If you are just making accent pillows these could work. You can go to the duralee website to see a larger view of the overall pattern.

There is a fabric store and warehouse on the south service road of Sunrise Highway in the Bayshore/Islip area. I know they have similar (if not the same) patterns. I honestly don't remember the cost, but I speficially remember this pattern.

Brick House Fabrics has very similar patterns to what you posted and reasonably priced. I've ordered from them when I had a custom tie-up shade made for my guest bath (pic in my album). Their fabrics are very good quality. Brickhousefabrics.com.

35th btwn 7th and 8th has a ton of fabric shops. I work right there. As soon as I'm over the flu, I can look for you and take photos. Hopefully Friday

I love Warehouse Fabrics. Link

They have a huge selection and you can order swatches for $1.75 which ship fast and are a good size. I have never dealt with their customer service but I get the sense it's excellent based on reviews I have read. I bet you could even call them to ask.

It's not a perfect match but google Waverly Felicite Mineral. Waverly fabrics are great quality and definitely cheaper.

Hancock fabrics has a good selection of similar type prints. I found some by searching "grey and tan floral upholstery fabric". Not exact matches but similar styles. In person, I would suggest Fabric Mill in Plainview, they have a good selection.
