I would get a few basics and something fun:
Primer
Foundation
Urban Decay palette
UD lipstick/lipgloss
Oh and if you wear lipstick you MUST try this, it's amazing!
UD Ozone Primer Pencil

I agree with the above poster for a few of your basics and then def the Gwen Stefani Urban Decay palette it's amazing!!! All the colors are so pretty. there are a few funky colors but for the most part they are neutral

I really like them, nice texture, not sticky, good color selection but like most glosses they don't stay on forever you will need to reapply.

UD eyeliners and prob would be motivated to try new hair products.
I also wouldn't blow it all at once though. $100 there would last me like a year and I'd spend it gradually so I'd be able to enjoy it for longer.
