The kids snow boots are really cheap on there right now. Is it worth buying from them. I have never purchased anything from them and heard mixed things about them... Thanks

The shipping takes forever. So you may not get them for snow season!

I am a zulily addict lol. There is a zulily package at my door on average once a week. The shipping does take long. It tells tou under the item about how long. They say no returns but they have amazing customer service. I bought a pair of shoes for me. I am an 8.5. Bought an 8.5 and couldn't even get my foot in. Emailed them and they took the charge off. I ordered a pair of brown boots for my daughter in a size of 12 and a pair of black size 12s came. I emailed them. They took the charge off and had me keep the pair that was sent.

I loveeee zulily. Shipping is hit or miss. Can come super fast or super long. Ive bought tons from them. Always happy with the products.

Check to see if it really is a deal. I have found things on there the same or almost the same prices elsewhere. And even if it is a few bucks more somewhere else you can get it right away.

I have gotten some great things from there, but be careful on sizing for clothing (women's, don't know about kids sizing) - a lot of it is juniors sizing or worse. I was looking at something the other day and when I checked the size chart, it said that an XL was the equivalent of a size 10. But other things are regular women's sizing - you just have to check.

I think the quality is horrific. They have great customer service but annoying because I call to be refunded on everything. So I stopped.

The clothing quality has been pretty awful. The prices are usually similar to Amazon and adding shipping not really a great deal. I buy name brand things and home decor mostly which I've been happy with. The app is really addicting and user friendly which is the only reason I still shop there.

I feel like with clothes - if you are really familiar with a brand, and you've checked around for discounted stuff on other sites and don't see anything, then go ahead and buy it. But if you aren't familiar with a brand, then don't bother...the sizing could be way off and then you have to go through the process of getting things refunded...which is fine, their customer service is very good, but it's still annoying to be looking forward to something, wait five weeks for it to arrive and then not have it fit right.

I ordered some clothes on there for my kids last year and it took forever to ship. I ordered a dollhouse for DD on there and got it in less than 2 weeks. Definitely check to see if it's really a good deal. If it is, then I would buy them.

it takes 150 years to ship.
I honestly use it to shop around for IDEAS - b/c there's always interesting stuff on there - but I very rarely buy from there -

as others said if you know the brand it can be worth it, their customer service is amazing, I have had clothing delivered wrong they tell me donate it and refund me the price
but shipping takes forever don't buy if you need it right away

I love Zulily and buy from there a lot. Most times I love everything. I had an issue with 2 pairs of boots I purchased my girls I ordered 1 size up and still couldn't get them on their feet. Called Zulily they told me to donate them and they refunded me fully. Other than the shipping which does take a loong time I love Zulily.
