Iphone 5 to 6
I got an Iphone 6 for Christmas. At work I keep my phone on my desk on vibrate. With the 5, the vibrating would always grab my attention, but I notice with the 6 the vibrating is so subtle that I don't notice it at all. And calls and texts go unanswered.
I'd hate to miss a call from school. Did anyone recently switch and notice this?

I recently switched and my vibrate is so loud that it makes me jump! I actually keep it on my mousepad to muffle the sound. Strange that yours is so low.

I just was thinking the same thing. I miss a ton of calls because I have to keep my phone on vibrate at work. I try to keep my phone in my line of vision because the vibrate is so soft.....

I think you can change the vibration type in Settings under "Sounds."

I see that you can change the vibration type, but it doesn't change the power of the vibration. Went to the Apple site and apparently a lot of people have the same complaint.
The only thing that helps is if I rest my phone on something, like my post it dispenser, it helps because then it rattles a little.
It's kind of annoying to keep missing calls and texts though.

I have a Lifeproof case on it now. Not really a watch person for the Apple watch. I'm hoping a new firmware update in the future might fix it. Or I might have to annoy my coworkers and keep my sound on.
