I hope everything is well with her and her family, well...as well as possible 
Not to bring our spirits down, but did u hear about Celine Dion?? She didn't only lose her DH but a few days after, she also lost her brother, both because of cancer!!

OMG! I can't even imagine the pain that ur DH and the rest of the family must have gone through ??. I'm so, so sorry!!!
My family has also been a victim of cancer. My mom and DH's dad  I can't believe that we still haven't found the cure for it!

I had been in touch with her via FM and she said she wasn't in any pain and that everyone had been great. She was comfortable. She sleeps a lot bc she has no energy. She was happy that everyone had always asked about here and I asked if there was anything she needed or that we could do and she said no.
Last we talked was around the holidays.

I had a quick correspondence with her Dec 8th when people were asking. I suspect we wont see her post ever again.
I wish we knew her name. I want to make a donation in her honor...and frankly send her family a card when its time.

Same. So very, very sad. I feel so awful for her and her family, this must be so hard on them. I hope she gets some peace soon. Always thinking about her.

I'm sad to say I couldn't even bring myself to post on some of her last threads (or even read them) because it was so heartbreaking. I hope she is out of pain and her family is able to find some kind of peace and comfort.

Sitting here crying at my desk...I had a very rough a.m. DH was driving me to work because I'm still snowed in - he went over a pothole and got a flat tire. I was so upset at the $$ we had to spend and then I read this and I'm just floored.
Sunnyflies - you inspire me to live a better, happier life.

I just went back and retread her updated post where she explained everything and am crying at work. Such a brave soul, my prayers go out to her that she can be in as little pain as possible and to her family to get through all this. It is so heartbreaking.
