broccoli rabe
anyone have any good recipes for broccoli rabe? i have a whole bunch of it and wanted to make something to go along with penne alla vodka.

broccoli rabe
As a side dish I would saute in EVOO with lots of garlic and red pepper flakes, then a squeeze of lemon or good parm at the end.

broccoli rabe
I sautee in Olive Oil and lots of garlic, some salt and red pepper flakes. Then I add chopped sun dried tomatoes. Eat as side dish or serve over pasta.
