I usually go there for the fresh fish: Salmon, Flounder, Mussels.

But other things I stock up on there: 365 brand bread crumbs, Muir Glen canned tomatoes, snacks for DD (like Annie's whole wheat bunny crackers, and 365 pretzel sticks). I also used to get her organic chicken nuggets there that we all love, but they stopped selling them last time we were there. Chat Icon

The rotisserie chickens are good, their bakery section is good but so pricey. They carry some good cheeses.

I also like the dark chocolate covered blueberries that are usually in the bulk section.

I used to be a huge whole foods fan- now I do trader joes and Costco. But if I do head there- I LOVE their meat department and fish department and often get a wide variety of things. Their sausage they make is real good. I also enjoy their short ribs, salmon, and sea bass! Regular items for food shopping wise are too expensive if you are buying just regular chips and such. I do like that I can always get my organic stuff there if trader joes doesn't have it. And they are across the street where I go (lake grove)

My DH is obsessed with their 365 brand pita chips.

I sometimes love their store made guac, but sometimes it's better than others.

Oh and WINE!! The WF by me has such a great selection and plenty Of good cheap wines (can you go wrong with $2.99 wines?)
