Went for what I thought was the right sonogram...

Well I went for my sonogram today. Remember I was asking if a pelvic sonogram meant internal? Well apparently it doesnt. I got there all ready for both...and when I walked in the tech said that my bladder wasnt full enough, that I had to drink more water. So when I asked her why if it was an internal, she said that my doctor ordered a pelvic which means only external. I was LIVID! Just one more thing she has done wrong!

So I went back out into the waiting room, drank tons more water until it literally hurt. Went back in and I must say although it didnt hurt, it was sooo uncomfortable..I had to use the bathroom SO BAD! The tech wasnt allowed to tell me anything but she said that if she did see something abnormal, she would have taken it upon herself to do the internal anyway. I guess she didnt see anything because she didnt. So now my regular gyno gets the results back in a week. Other than that, I am just going to wait until I go to the re for anything else. SOOOOOOO ANNOYING!!!!

Now on top of everything, I dont know if I wish they would have seen something or if I am happy that everything from that angle seems to be ok...

Have you talked to your dr about the mess up? Are you happy with your doctor? Maybe yuo should consider another dr if this one has messed up a few times?

I have no idea, why they did an external sonogram....

Just wait until you go to Rsofny....they will not waste your time...you will get answers quickly there.
