CREME BRULEE... help
SO's favorite dessert if creme brulee.
i've never made it.
share your best creme brulee recipe for this coming weekend. i would love to surprise him with it.

I've been using the one that came with my torch from WS. I use a full vanilla bean and also add vanilla extract (1/2 tsp or 1 tsp-- I make my own vanilla extract, so it's a bit stronger and I use 1/2 tsp). Also my cups are a bit deeper so the cooking time is close to 40-45 mins for me.

I use the same recipe. Haven't made it in forever, but it is SO GOOD!
