I know this prob sounds nuts but where can I get spandexy tank tops with the built in bras?
I looked in loft, banana, ny and co, gap, gap body

Target or Kohl's.
Otherwise, there's a cheapie store in the city near my job- De Janeiro. They have the BEST tank tops- from all the stores listed but super cheap and in every color imaginable.
In fact, they get a lot of clothes from Kohl's, Old Navy, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, etc. I actually just got an awesome Banana Republic blazer marked down to $25 from $300!!!  Along with some cute Ann Taylor cardigans. You have to really look sometimes, but it's great!

De Janiero is great- sometimes it's hit or miss but I always find something. I was going to say you must work near me but I realized they have more than one store in the city.

I always forget that! I wonder if some locations are better than others- I'm near Grand Central so I've only ever been to that one.
