Kim, a sign language teacher, took her students to a Pearl Jam concert for a rock vibration experience. She was singing for them the whole night. When Eddie Vedder saw her, he invited her on stage.?

This was from their 2000 tour - I wasn't at this show but I remember when this happened. It makes its way into one of their DVDs too <3
Sadly, Kim passed away last year.
Her legacy lives on - I have seen other ASL interpreters at their shows over the years. One time, an interpreter was sitting in front of me and didn't know all of the words to their songs and red mine and my friends lips as we sang along and signed it to her students. <3
