It depends on the shape that you're in; you don't want to go doing something that's too advanced for you while PG. Also, you have to watch your heartrate.
Talk to your doctor - you have to make sure you're ok to lift weights too.

I was in great shape before and worked out 5 days a week. Now I gained 20lbs at 23 weeks. So I am looking not really to drop the weight but to tone up a bit
